The great stress on the natural resources has contaminated the air, water and soil other resources are stretched and polluted. With the environment in this condition, particularly in the major industrial urban areas, people are more interested in high profile acute needs such as serve poverty and lack of basic necessities and facilities such as food, housing, transportation and health care. Environmental degradation has now reached to crisis proportions.
