THE FACTORS AFFECTING EFFICIENCY IN WORK PLACE OF JINDAL VIDYA MANDIR TEACHERS

It is the quality of the employee‘s workplace environment that most impacts on the level of employee‘s motivation and subsequent performance. How well they engage with the organization, especially with their immediate environment, influences to a great extent their error rate, level of innovation and collaboration with other employees, absenteeism and, ultimately, how long they stay in the job. The main objective of this study is to find out the relationship between school system and effective teaching. For this purpose, 50 teachers of Jindal Vidya Mandir, Vasind were contacted and studied. The findings of this study show that school system is very vital in terms of increasing employees‘ productivity. Comfortable and ergonomic office design motivates the employees and increases their performance substantially. Most people spend fifty percent of their lives within indoor environments, which greatly influence their mental status, actions, abilities and performance. Better outcomes and increased productivity is assumed to be the result of better workplace environment. Better physical environment of school will boosts the employees and ultimately improve their productivity. Various literature pertain to the study of multiple offices and office buildings indicated that the factors such as dissatisfaction, cluttered workplaces and the physical environment are playing a major role in the loss of employees‘ productivity Problem Statement The purpose of this study is to examine the factors affecting on efficiency of teachers personality, work environment preferences, and the outcome variables, performance and commitment, To discuss the key factors in the employee‘s workplace environment that impact greatly on their level of motivation and performance, To assess whether school design is one of the factors in affecting employees‘ productivity.
