Abstract

More and more people are interested in learning meditation. The question is which method to choose. There are many techniques taught through different schools, ashrams and organizations. Here will look at a few commonly practiced ways and focus in detail on Raj yoga because it include most of the other techniques. This is the meditation recommended in the shrimad bhagwad Gita. Raj yoga means the king of yogas. It involves purposeful thoughts about spiritual concepts. You progress step by step from the initial stage to more advanced stages. Choose the elements that suit you and correspond to your intuition of what is right for you. Meditation is very personal. It takes place deep within your heart and your being. Take full benefit and advantage of this. You will receive training by expert yogis in an environment of accumulated yoga power to enable you to create profound meditation experiences. Religious principles for character development improved due to ―Raja yoga meditation‖.
