Women are unifying force in their families because of their ever readiness for service and sacrifice and their quality of giving love and care. They lose their sleep in order to make it convenient for others to have comfortable sleep and rest. They are blamed for no fault of theirs, yet they do not give up service. Their devotion to the family, sincere effort to build its reputation and their concern for the family-welfare are exemplary and proverbial. One aspect that needs special attention is that women are creators of what is good or bad. They can make or mar the character of the children .They can give such upbringing that makes a child great soul and they can also change him into a sinner or criminal. It mostly depends on their own influence as to what the child will be in future. They can have their moral impact on their children or alternatively spoil them neglect the task of building their character and cultivate negative tendencies in them. rder to exercise moral influence on the child, they themselves should have a moral stature first .They have to present before the child the role model of a human being that is inspiring ideal exemplary. Children learn in early stage by imitation. So they will imitate their mother without anyone's discourse lecture or asking. So one women namely mother can transform the whole family into a happy family and home into a happy and peaceful place to live in and thus build a happy unit of the society .A Women is definitely a strong pillar in the a building that bears the weight of the roof and all that is on it. On her lies the responsibility to maintain the family norms under all pressure and she has the ability to do that. But with changing times we find many women have given up their responsibility and have marched towards onerous external attraction and material pursuits. Also they are ill-equipped with those qualities that are essential to build and to keep intact a happy family. Thus the pillars have become weak outworn and shaky. They are emptied now of the power of spirituality and strength of values.
