Abstract
The mind is the generator of every thought. Thoughts are like seeds from which one’s feelings, words, actions and habits grow. Any type of thoughts whether it is positive or negative thoughts will automatically results in feelings, words, actions and habits. So the thoughts are the beginning of every creation. Therefore it is said that think before you think, as thinking is one of the finest individual’s art which is to be clean, clear and positive. That’s why it is rational to check every thought so that the best positive out of the positive thoughts can be generated. The pure and superior thoughts determine level of confidence and influence on quality of the life. It is possible at silence of mind. Mind is the big stage and ideas and images are actors on to the stage and moving off. The some research indicates us that our beliefs become our thoughts; our thoughts become our words; our words become our actions; our actions become our habits; our habits become our values; and our values become our destiny (Shrestha, 2000). The ultimate destiny is to achieve excellence in life. Every human being expects excellence for feeling great. Everybody is absolutely capable of achieving excellence in own unique ways. Excellent performer always keeps creative and positive frame of mind, spread divine creativity, looking for the beauty of the benefit in every scene. Excellence is like iceberg, which is 10% outside and 90% inside. Excellence requires inner capably, focused effort and devotion. Excellence comes from effort and commitment to getting it right. The living with excellence means living at life’s highest level. It is a beautiful godly version which remarks that one who is transparent can transit positive energy to the entire universe. Similarly, John Milton quotes that Great minds discuss ideas, average minds discuss events, and small minds discuss people. These expressions clearly depicts that an innovative idea is the foundation of excellence. Therefore, a transparent, powerful, imaginative and positive thinking with continuous effort in remembrance of the God is the key of achieving excellence in life. The power of positive thinking gives capability of facing all situations. Positive thinking is rooted from self-respect. A positive, powerful and valuable thought emerges from silence. Positive thinking helps generating creative thoughts as well. The quality of thoughts depends on regular meditation practice. The Rajyoga Meditation is the best solution to achieve excellence as it allows creative, positive and micro level thinking. The main aim and objective of Rajyoga Meditation is character development by generating creative and positive thought in the subtle level. The vibration comes from inner subtle or micro level has very powerful. The research clearly reveals that Rajyoga practitioner can generate very positive vibration into the space. Rajyoga Mediators are positive thinker and positive thinker are creative by nature. The combination of creative with positive thought is the best solution for achieving excellence in life. The Rajyoga Mediators (Brahma Kumaris) focuses on understanding the self, its inner resources and strength, and developing attitude of leadership and highest level of personal integrity. Rajyoga practitioner has the power of self programming by autosuggestion. The autosuggestion is a strong tool for achieving excellence. Hence, there is no doubt that the Rajyoga Meditation is synonymous to excellence.
