Abstract

Memory, which is dormant is called subconscious. They are accumulated over lifetime. May be even previous birth. This bubbling of memories are computed by brain restored back into memory in modified form. If there is in between stimuli that can also get mixed up in any other form of input can modulate on that. When we draw a map, we find stimuli, straightway signal goes to energizing point. Brain computes on that with help of memory gives to action out of active body, finally puts back into memory, subconscious. Therefore thought is never correct. Human energy influence thought because you take information as it comes depending on your focus, screen , previous influences, experiences & so on , so forth. Number of factors which can influence thought process. Instinct is based on the human activity which nature has provided to maintain him, to give him certain basic tools, to operate in world all sensory input, all motor actions, auto nervous systems all instantly done. Therefore human being keep conducting himself even though many times he is unconscious of what he is doing. Every thought contains, it will be better tomorrow. That means there is a time gap between now and future in thought. That means we are unsettled for that period, until future comes. Since we are unsettled for time gap we are continuously unsettled in our life. Therefore Budda said life is a sorrow. Because what we have, we do not want to loose, hence anxiety. What we do not have we do not want to possess. Either way we are in anxiety. Therefore life is never expected to be better. When we by any chance forget all past and not bother about future by some mechanism then we land into present. Present there is nothing to loose & gain. That is the period we feel infinite relief, joy satisfaction, fulfilment of life. The process which leads to this state is called meditation. We learnt so far instinct based knowledge, intelligent based knowledge, then there is further knowledge. Universe maintains for billions of years which is called transcendental knowledge. Told by scriptures there is super natural knowledge, called Parabrahman. Going into this state is meditation where thought process has been brought to nil gradually rather. & Experience the higher knowledge stages by stage. Budda found that the memory is not only in the human brain but spread over entire body & he used technique of observing the body for a long time. Each sensation comes up had an information of past incidents. When we observe it repeatedly it starts losing its power& once it starts losing its power that set of memory gets erased perhaps residue left does not dominate the behaviour. Thought is a product of breathing prana & attention. More fast the breathing thoughts are faster. Slower breathing slower thoughts. Almost nil breathing, almost stop. In meditation subject and object & process become one. Eg: Observing sky/beautiful sunset/nice bird/small child. They are natural methods of meditative states. Artificial methods are relaxing your body, regulating the breath, rhythematic and easy posture. So that there is no pressure on body hence no imbalance. It causes even flow of energy. Posture is very important one has to follow. Above mentioned buddhas technique is called Vipassana mediation, empting body and going into meditative state. There are number of techniques perhaps it runs several million techniques achieving same results. To reduce the time of learning meditative technique, it is always good to learn how to decontaminate a subconscious mind. This process is called Antar Moun. Then relaxation technique before meditation, are good aids. Yoganidra is one of them. Physical exercises releases many of the points of 8 energies. Because of stress and strain. Hatayoga is one such harmless experience where selectively one can keep on tuning the mind. Unless body is free from stress we can not proceed for meditation. In process of living early life there are many thought processes, which have resulted into blocks in our energy flow in the body and to make energy to flow freely. These blocks need to be removed. Process are called Krias. These Krias can be used for external blocks cleaning as well internal. When it comes to internal systems recharging of energy points is also important. This is done by systems called Kundalini yoga. Repetition of the name for a reasonable time can erase memories which are strongly attached to the body and give a new dimension to memory mapping. This is called Jap. Usually mantra is used as a initial vehicle for meditative practices. Because it has a potency to give vibrations ,which are suitable for many of the activities, like cleansing the blocks, triggering energy points and concentrating at single point. Concentration is a small point has a very high potency of influence. Because as a person concentrates at a particular point externally that point breaks. This leads to opening of different consciousness to begin with the normal conscious or be aware of what is happening around us to universal consciousness. Her management is at higher level to manage the whole nature.
