Abstract
Positive Health: Health is our birth right. It is a treasure which neither science nor wealth can buy. World Health Organization (WHO) states: “health is a state of complete physical mental, and social wellbeing, and not merely an absence of disease or infirmity”. Other authorities add a fourth dimension to the definition, suggesting ‘Spiritual wellbeing’ as essential to the true condition of human health. Physical Health Mental Health Social Health Spirituality Health In addition to this text book of J.E.Park and Parker (1998) has added one more information “ICEBERG OF DISEASE” people who are seen apparently healthy or not so in real sense. This defined by the Ice berg Phenomenon.
