Abstract
We are living in a society full of stress, anxiety, worry. Because of this often we fell pray for negative emotions. To live with Love, Peace and Joy in this life we have to practice positive thinking and overcome our negative emotions like Anger, hatred, jealousy etc. This is the time to get back to our original self and to practice values needed for a peaceful living. This project is a small exposure to know what is anger and how to overcome it by practicing Meditation.
