Stress has been a most commonly used word today. The life of every human being possibly can be measured with the amount of stress levels. They have in the world to day. There is stress of different kinds and different levels. The symptoms vary from a simple momentary and irritation to sever chronic diseases. The teachers are the most important person in the society. Teacher is the Guru to the society. Sat Guru is the Para Brahma. He is the real constructer of the society. He is the builder of the nation. If a doctor commits a mistake only a patient suffers, if a teacher commits a mistake entire nation suffers. In various occasions teacher also compared with Para Brahma. Teacher is the role model for his pupil. Teacher is the embodiment of all virtues and values. Directly or indirectly teachers play prominent role in the society. Every year trainings have been taking place in Government sector schools. Lots of amount is being spent for the trainings. In addition to professional skills value based education is necessary for teachers. Education is learning to know, learning to live together, learning to do and learning to be all the virtuous qualities. Lack of values the Teachers are under going so many problems. Ultimately they lead to stress. Stress effects strain on the mind. It effects on the self, family, duty and society. Now a days stress prevailed every field, every where. Teacher will be the responsible for the crisis. How to over come this crisis? I hadn’t studied remedial level, only I had to detect the problems. Private and government stress levels in teachers.
