All round development of the child is the purpose of education. Education is making a child ready to lead a civilized life. Education is not only creating the post and position say Doctors Engineers officers etc. It is to imbibe rich culture and code of conduct in child. A child should be prepared as a perfect human being hence Education is not only giving importance to knowledge transfer but also to develop value based personality. Value education plays an important role in this direction. A child can attain holistic health true value education. Character building, Harmony in relationship, Honesty, truthfulness etc. will be uncalculated by the children. Today’s children are tomorrow civilians. Hence value education is the base to develop children in right direction to form welfare of the society. Values are based on spirituality, and the various secular attempts to develop education in values without a sound foundation in spiritual values, have born little fruit. If we are to build a society that is based on values, the knowledge and practice of spirituality are essential. No education institution can exist without values. Imparting values to students of all ages occurs through the content and materials of study as well as through the routines and presumptions of school policies and programs. There is no such thing as value free Education. Schools teach values every day, but which values? Education’s primary function is to generate and disseminate knowledge, but it must also promote know-how and communication skills that prepare young people . To thrive in a highly competitive, demanding and changing world, in order to bridge the gap. We need to combine the utilization pursuit of education with spiritual, cultural and aesthetic values. Value education is the important aspect of life. There is great saying that without values man will become valueless in this society. Values and spirituality makes the man perfect. Value education is necessarily to be adopting in all organizations. In fact all type of people irrespective of age, sex, groups and positions, need value education and spirituality to build value based society. The primary solution to eliminate the discrimination among the people in the society is to know and understand and to adopt values among themselves. Therefore, all type of education organizations is highly suggested to adopt value education and spirituality. Value education is the willingness to exert high levels of effort towards organizational goals conditioned efforts and ability to satisfy some individual need. Value education is a behavioral concept by which we try to understand why people behave as they do. It concerns those dynamic processes with a goal-oriented behavior. Value education involves the processes that energies direct and sustain behavior.
