Problems encountered in value adoption

At a time of crisis we are again at a point of recognizing the need for values. Values are our “parents”- the human soul is nurtured by the values it holds. So to know about the problems that we encounter while adopting these values is very important. The main objectives of this project are:- To find the reason behind increasing violence in the society. To find out, how much importance is given to values in daily life and what kind of problems people face in adopting them. To make people aware of their internal beauty. To guide them about the importance of internal fitness along with physical fitness. Which they can achieve through regular meditation. To give them knowledge about values and their benefits in our daily life.
