Abstract

India is an ancient Country where the environment is now depleted. Resource have been drawn for a long time by a population that has reached over one billion living on a landmass of 20 lakh square Kilometer which averages 100 people per square Kilometer. This great strain on the natural resources has contaminated the air, water, soil and other resources are stretched and polluted. An environment that is polluted and run down is ugly and people are not inspired to care for it. The topic Pollution is selected because it's a global problem.i.e.; each country has its own environmental concerns which vary according to climate, resources, wealth levels and population. However the crisis is global. Environmental pollution is not confined to individual countries or regions. Damage to the environment in one place affects the whole, as all parts of the natural world are interconnected.
